Sunday Meditation: Caravans of Camels

This Sunday will be my first time serving as lector and do the first two readings! And what great readings this Sunday since it will be the Feast of the Epiphany. What an honor, blessing, and a grace for me.

“Then you [Jerusalem] shall be radiant at what you see,
your heart shall throb and overflow,
for the riches of the sea shall be emptied out before you,
the wealth of nations shall be brought to you.
Caravans of camels shall fill you,
dromedaries from Midian and Ephah;
all from Sheba shall come
bearing gold and frankincense,
and proclaiming the praises of the LORD.”

       -Isaiah 60:5-6

Part of the beautiful readings from the Feast of the Epiphany.

  1. Sounds wonderful. Did you do it Sunday the 3rd, or Monday?
