Psalm 139:1-3
O Lord, you search me and you know me,
you know my resting and my rising,
you discern my purpose from afar.
You mark when I walk or lie down,
all my ways lie open to you.
Can’t you just feel God within you, probing
you, as you read that? But the words
that are at the crux of this is, “you know me.”
What does it mean for God to know you?
So simple yet so true.
